Multi-objective optimization of regional water supply management based on PSO with two differential mutations

In the most strict water resources management system, researching on “three red lines” control indicators and uncertain factors of water supply management and constructing a multi-objective optimization of water supply scheme model, which set social, economic and water resources ecological environment as the goal. And a particle swarm optimization algorithm with two differential mutations is used to solving the mathematical model. Furthermore, a numerical example is given to verify the feasibility of the model.
