A train auxiliary power supply system structure based magnetic levitation was proposed in this paper. At the present stage, the 1700V/225A and 1200V/300A SiC MosFet would be selected for replacing Si-IGBT in the suspension control converter and the auxiliary power supply converter during to the power and the voltage limit. The LLC topologic is selected for the DC-DC converter. The efficiency of the system can be improved from 93% to 98%. The size and the weight of the system can be reduced by 40%. The correctness of the topology is verified by the experiment. The ZVS and the ZCS have been achieved by the LLC DC-DC converter. The operating temperature of the SiC MosFet is 21°C, which is lower than the Si IGBT converter. The maximum efficiency of SiC MosFet is 98%.
