SIC based Class E inverter used for Simultaneous Wireless Power/Information Transmission in Electric Vehicle

The effective simultaneous wireless transmission of power and information (SWTPI) is an issue of great interest. To improve the signal speed, the Class E inverter and SIC mosfet were choosed. To reduce the crosstalk between power and information channels, which means to realize ZVS condition of class E inverter, an parallel capacitor selction strategy is proposed. A set of experiment of 1000W and signal speed is 115.2 kbps in an air gap of 20 centimeter was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
