In view of the problem of safety mining in high confined water and thin aquiclude, based on the development characteristics of Ordovician limestone karst and the sustainability of grouting to the roof of Ordovician limestone, a series of key grouting techniques have been implemented. First of all, based on the stydy on fundamental characteristics of the clay-cement slurry, the grouting material is determined. In combination with the hydrogeological conditions, the scope of grouting is divided, and on the basis of water bursting coefficient, the thickness of grouting reconstruction is deduced. What's more, through the design of “Small dip angle” and “three-stage bushing injected hole”, ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of grouting. Finally, using the advanced grouting process to inspect the evaluation methodology of combing drilling with geophysical prospecting technique, guarantee the construction quality of grouting work. Through the case study, it shows that the technology has very strong practicability and popularization.
