To ensure the efficient and safe mining of an over 1000 meter deep mine and prevent threats of typical dynamic disasters of deep mining (rock burst and coal and gas outburst), this paper counted and analyzed the status quo of mining and typical dynamic disasters currently for 47 pairs of deep mines in China. The results show that the 47 pairs of deep mines are mainly distributed in 8 provinces and have a total capacity of approximately 9456 million tons; the proportions of the mines affected by rock burst and coal and gas outburst are 53.2% and 29.79%, respectively, which are 29.23 times and 2.66 times the national average. A typical dynamic disaster in a deep mine is more serious than that in a shallow mine, in particular, the number of mines affected by rock burst will increase greatly. The proportion of kilometer-deep mines that are threatened by coal and gas outburst and rock burst is 12.77%. The existing techniques used for the prevention and control of typical dynamic disasters in kilometer-deep mines all refer to shallow mining; however, the following problems occur in deep mining: the mechanism of typical dynamic disasters and the coupling mechanism of complex disasters are not clear; the typical disaster early warning system and rock burst and coal and gas outburst system in deep mining are imperfect; and it is difficult to do precision mining in deep mines. Focusing on these problems, this work put forward countermeasures from research on the mechanism of deep typical dynamic disasters and the coupling mechanism of complex dynamic disasters, establishing deep mine multi-parameter dynamic disaster monitoring and warning mechanisms and related equipment research, building deep mine typical dynamic disaster prevention and control systems and identifying the need for research on the basic theory and equipment for precision in deep mining.
