摘要：为探索建筑工人工作压力、作业疲劳和安全态度的关系，论文分析建立了建筑工人工作压力、作业疲劳和安全态度的影响因素指标，构建了工作压力、作业疲劳和安全态度三者之间关系的初级结构方程模型，运用AMOS17.0软件进行初级模型修正，得到修正后最终结构方程模型。通过模型分析得到结论：工作压力与作业疲劳为正向相关，工作压力与安全态度为负向相关，作业疲劳与安全态度为负向相关；对工作压力影响最大的因素为个体内部环境，对作业疲劳影响较大因素为作业本身，作业人员自我认知对安全态度有较大影响。
Abstract
In order to explore the relationship between work pressure, job fatigue and safety attitude of construction workers, the paper analyzes the factors influencing factors such as working pressure, working fatigue and safety attitude of construction workers, and establishes the primary structural equation model of the relationship between work pressure, work fatigue and safety attitude,It use that AMOS17.0 software to carry out the primary model correction to obtain the modified final structural equation model. Through model analysis, it is concluded that:Job stress is positively related to job fatigue, job stress is negatively related to safety attitude, job fatigue and safety attitude are negatively related;For work pressure have the greatest impact factor for individual internal environment, for homework fatigue influence factors for the job itself, has a great influence on homework personnel self-knowledge attitude to safety.
