On theoretical approach to condition of roadway rock burst in gassy coal seam

With the mining depth increase, some mine dynamic disaster shows the characteristic of rockburst with gas participation. And it is widely known that most of the rockburst occurs in the roadway, especially in the mining roadway in the range of supporting pressure. So the permeability characteristic of surrounding rock mass and the influence of the roadway rockburst were analyzed. And based on the instability rockburst theory,the condition of the roadway rockburst in the gassy coal seam was obtained by the analytical analysis. The results show that the gas pressure and permeability have an important influence on roadway rockburst. The findings presented in this study will contribute to the effective control of the dynamic disaster.
