基于AFM的煤表面电位尺度效应研究

将原子力显微镜(AFM)用于煤的表面电位研究,对煤样表面6个不同测点进行了8个扫描尺度的表面电位观测,经统计分析,发现煤表面电位尺度效应明显,具体表现为:随着扫描尺度的增大,无论是单个测点还是各测点的统计均值,表面电位的均值均呈现逐渐减小的趋势,而方差则呈增大趋势,也即是表面电位大小分布离散程度更大。此外,随着扫描尺度的增大,正电位点所占比例逐渐减小。研究结果对煤表面微观电性研究具有一定的指导意义。
