The advance of direct laser writing (DLW) based on two-photon polymerization (TPP) has provided a possibility for generating arbitrary three-dimensional microstructures. The physical phenomenon behind TPP is the nonlinear process of two-photon absorption which restricts the photochemical reaction in the localized region. Thus, we report microchannels and three-dimensional scaffolds for organs-on-chips systems generated by TPP.
