AirBeacon: Navigation and Communication Routing Technolog of Aerostat in Emergency Situation

In this paper, the navigation and communication routing technology-AirBeacon, are proposed. A certain numbers of aerostats form an autonomous system covering the local area. They are interconnected to form a "aerostat box".And provide the regional emergency service with the "aerostat box" as the basic unit. The "aerostat box" interconnection in various regions constitutes a complete integrated network for near space AirBeacon is the key technology of the "aerostat box ". It involves the core technology of the network configuration, navigation, and communication routing algorithm. The research will start from the above several core technologies.
