A Ku Broadband Low Noise Amplifier for New Generation Satellite Communication System

A Ku band low noise amplifier is designed using WIN PL15-52 GaAs process for new generation satellite system. It consists of five stages to provide high gain and it can be used in a satellite terminal to receive Ku band signal. Base on simulation , the gain is between 33dB and 35dB, the Noise Factor is less than 1.33dB, S11 and S22 are less than -16dB and -10.5dB respectively. The sample chip will be taped out soon.
