Nowadays internet banking is widely used and it provides a high level of flexibility and security. This method makes it possible and simplifies the bank customers finance planning and management via their own personal computer or mobile phones through the bank financial website at any time they choose. Internet banking applications contains a large number of interfaces to assist, facilitate and taking care of the customer’s privacy. Strong security controls measures for authorized transactions as well as preventing the unauthorized transactions and money laundering.
Duhok banks still use the traditional paper based banking system to provide their services. This paper tries to study, explain and attempted to propose a network and a system Structure of internet banking in an area like Duhok City which presently has a poor communication/telecommunication infrastructure.
