Polymer capacitors with double-layered dielectrics have the great value of practical application. Under DC high voltage and high temperature, the space charge accumulation of double-layered dielectrics cannot be ignored. However, we have found little research on the space charge of a double-layered dielectric for polymer capacitors with a total thickness of less than 20 μm.
