This paper describes the progress of magnetic applications on Programmable Josephson Voltage Standard (PJVS) at NIM. In past few years, we developed a PJVS based magnetic flux measurement system [1] and continued improving the magnetic flux and the mutual inductance measurement accuracy. This paper introduces the automatic flux and mutual inductance measurement system that we developed. Experimental results show that the type A uncertainty of the measurement of mutual inductances of 577 mH is less than 2 ppm, which demonstrates the feasibility and reliability of the flux and mutual inductance measurement system we proposed.
