Solving for environment management model of cleaner production assessment

Cleaner production in production process and product adapts overall preventive environmental strategy，to reduce or eliminate their possible harm to human and environment, maximize social and economic benefits. In this paper, through the example for the DEA of non-effective or weak effective plans, further adjust the input-output index, making the scheme into effective scheme. This paper adapts cleaner production improvement program to suggest improvements for enterprise production program in Huaihe River Basin, this plays a very good role in promoting green production of enterprises.
