In recent years, as a clean and renewable energy, photovoltaic power generation is in the stage of rapid development and large-scale application. Among them, large-scale photovoltaic grid-connected power generation is an important way of its application development trend. For photovoltaic power supply, the response characteristics of grid-connected inverters determine the fault current characteristics of photovoltaic power supply, and the fault response characteristics of grid-connected photovoltaic inverters depend on the selection of controller parameters. Therefore, the design of grid-connected system for large-scale photovoltaic power generation and the impact of grid-connected system have become the current research hotspot. In this paper, a parameter identification strategy for the double-loop closed-loop control model of typical grid-connected photovoltaic inverters is established, and use the least square method is used to identify the parameters of photovoltaic power generation system under the disturbance of power grid measurement. In addition, the parameter identification of non-linear photovoltaic grid-connected power generation system based on transient disturbance is studied, and some research results are obtained.
