Design of Account Management Tool for Relay Protection Device Based on Handheld Mobile Terminal

The operation and maintenance personnel can not directly accomplish the management of relay protection device account in substation, they have to record the data on the spot first and enter the data into the information managmet system again, which costs more time and reduces work efficiency. In order to accomplish the management of relay protection account data in substation directly, introduces the design scheme of management tool based on handheld mobile terminal to manage relay protection device account. This handheld mobile terminal tool realizes data interaction with server-side system. Besides, the tool can establish the code association between the relay protection device and corresponding electronic label adopting electronic label identification technology. The management of electronic label accounts improves the efficiency of account management. This tool can avoid the second entry of data and improve the efficiency of account management.
