The fault caused by transformer insulation aging accounts for a large proportion of the total fault of the transformer. Therefore, it is extremely important to accurately evaluate the aging state of the transformer insulation. In this paper, the vibration characteristics of windings under different load currents and different pressing forces are studied. A transformer aging test platform was built in the laboratory. The vibration characteristics of the transformer tank surface under different aging times were studied by accelerated aging test. The results lay the foundation for transformer insulation aging evaluation technology based on vibration signal.
