【Abstract】 Objective To provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of legal infectious disease prevention and control measures by understanding the law and characteristics of the legal infectious diseases in China from 2014 to 2018. Methods The official website of the National Health Council of the People's Republic of China was used to find out the data of the "National Legal Infectious Diseases Epidemic Situation" published by the CDC in each month of 2014-2018, and collect data on legal infectious diseases, and to China's 2014-2018 A retrospective analysis of the incidence of legal infectious diseases in the year. Results A total of 35,338,688 cases of legal infectious diseases were diagnosed in China from 2014 to 2018, including 111 cases of Class A infectious diseases, 15205930 cases of Class B infectious diseases (43.03%), and 20132647 cases of Class C infectious diseases (56.97%). The number of blood diseases and sexually transmitted infections in the classification of legal infectious diseases system is the highest in the four types of diseases; the top 5 diseases of legal infectious diseases are: hand, foot and mouth disease, other infectious diarrhea, Hepatitis B, tuberculosis, syphilis; the top 5 diseases of legal infectious diseases are: AIDS, tuberculosis, rabies, hepatitis B, hand, foot and mouth disease. Hand, foot and mouth disease, tuberculosis, rabies morbidity and mortality have declined in the main statutory infectious diseases. AIDS and hepatitis B are on the rise. Conclusion The incidence of legal infectious diseases in China is on the rise. Among the infectious diseases of hepatitis B, hepatitis B, syphilis, AIDS and other infectious diseases such as diarrhea, influenza, and other high incidence of influenza, the mortality rate is high and the incidence rate is increasing. Infectious diseases require further strengthening of prevention and control.
