Visualization Analysis of Public Health System Research based on CiteSpace

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the research hotspots and trends in the field of international public health system from 2000 to 2019, in order to provide reference for the related research of public health system in China. Methods: This paper screens the relevant English literature of the public health system from 2000 to 1919 in the Web of Science database, and conducts visual analysis through CiteSpace（4.0.R5.64-bit）software. Results: After screening, a total of 8 127 articles were obtained. In recent years, public health system research has shown a trend of development. Research hotspots mainly focus on public health preventive health services, public health issues, management and operation systems, institutional innovations, etc. The health system will be the focus of future research; the keywords can be divided into eleven clusters, namely infectious diseases and chronic disease prevention, grassroots public health management, public health project cost measurement, public health care, basic public health services, danger Factor control, health monitoring, epidemiology, risk prediction and warning, health service needs, national public health systems. Conclusion: The international public health system research focuses on public health issues, mainly on health care reform, health financing, health emergency, public health issues, service provision, information construction, public health policy and population health status, and is Committed to improving the suitability of public health systems.
