In this research, the cortical-like tissue with layered gradient structure and microcirculation structure in which various cells were embedded were put forwarded and constructed by multi-materials and immersed 3D bioprinting technology. In order to fabricate the bionic structural brain model, an integrated cell printing/culturing system was designed and built, which can keep a suitable physiological environment to minimize the adverse effects of separation between printing environment and culturing environment on growth of cells and formation of tissues.
