The advent of big data era brings out new opportunities for many businesses. However, big data has not been properly applied in the MICE(Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) industry. Through the investigation of 20 MICE-related institutions, and fully understanding the needs and current situation of the existing industry, the author puts forward a suitable MICE service platform design for the MICE industry.
