Analysis of Factors Affecting Refrigerated Transportation of Dairy Products Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

As people's demand for dairy products grows, and the demand for refrigerated transport is also growing rapidly, the development of cold chain logistics must accelerate. Because dairy products have high temperature and environmental requirements, refrigeration technology is used throughout the process to ensure safe and reliable access to consumers. This paper firstly establishes the index system of dairy product transportation in the process of dairy product logistics transportation, and uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to obtain the main influencing factors. Based on this, the main problems existing in refrigerated transportation of dairy products are found out, and some suggestions are given. The suggestion of chain logistics transportation will help accelerate the development of dairy product logistics.
