摘要:雨雪冰冻等自然灾害会严重干扰电网的运行,为提高配电网对自然灾害的抗灾能力,本文提出了一种基于多目标鲁棒优化的配电网韧性提升模型,该模型在提高配电网对灾害规模预测不确定性的抵抗能力的同时,最小化电网保护成本。本文选取升级配电网线路、安装分布式电源、配置现场配网抢修应急队以及重要用户配置备用发电机作为电网韧性提升措施来最小化雨雪冰冻的消极影响,利用ε约束法与分解算法相结合求得多目标问题的帕累托前沿。通过对云南昭通某地区配电网的算例结果进行分析,验证了模型的有效性。
