Abstract—In this article, a low-voltage, single-supply, low  on-resistance double-pole double-throw analog switch is designed by using 0.25um BCD process. Its normal working temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. The structure takes the charge pump circuit acts on the T-switch, which can solves the problems of large on-resistance and large power supply current that exist in traditional analog switches. Its on-resistance is 5.37Ω, the on-resistance flatness is 0.2Ω, the off-isolation reaches -83dB, and the entire chip area is 0.59mm2, which is completely suitable for some high-demand scenarios.
