The Shanghai University of Science and Technology's Hard X-Ray Free Electron Laser Device Project puts forward higher requirements for the resolution of magnet power supplies. Correspondingly, the resolution of the current sensor DCCT (DC Current Transformer) also needs to be improved. In order to improve the resolution of DCCT, this paper proposes a method to improve the sensor resolution by reducing the DCCT modulation noise. A conduction model of the DCCT modulation signal is constructed and the transfer function of the conduction path is derived based on this model. The main factor of modulation noise; in order to verify the correctness of the aforementioned method and model, the mature Sinap-DCCT circuit is used to verify the conclusions derived from the aforementioned model by changing the parameters corresponding to the circuit and the model. The experimental results are consistent with the model derivation conclusion, which provides a solution for further improving the resolution of the magnetic modulation current sensor.
