In this paper, a dynamically tunable, plasmonically induced transparency (PIT) planar device in the terahertz region is proposed. The main advantage of this structure is that there two resonant frequency points could be changed flexibly in a certain range by changing the Fermi energy on the top and bottom graphene of the medium, which make the width of the transparent window dynamically tunable. The maximum transmittance is close to 99.8 percent. The present work should be beneficial to the graphene metamaterials used in the setting of slow light response and optical filter.
