SYBET-PROXIMA anti-collision support system for the operator's work
safety,radio identifier

Tomasz Cierpisz / SEVITEL
A system supporting safety and reducing the risk of collisions in underground mines. The principle of operation is based on the fact that in the event of a dangerous approach of an employee (employees) or another machine / machines, a warning appears on the machine operator's module informing about: the degree of approach, the type of object and the number of objects in the danger field. The key elements of the system are radio identifiers placed in mining lamps and sets warning against the risk of collisions in mining machines. Both radio devices have a specialized structure that takes into account the specificity of radio wave propagation in underground workings. The distance measurement system uses two radio frequencies. To eliminate errors resulting from multipath, special modulations and multilateration are used. The set in the mining machine consists of a radio module located outside and a communication module with the operator. The set remembers the history of events. At fuel stations and in machine chambers, there are data transmission devices that read data from sets in machines. The data is used for a cross-sectional analysis of the movement of machines, including work efficiency, number of unloading, working time, etc.
