Web application supporting operations of OHS services of PGG S.A. based on the client (JS / Angular) - server (PHP / Laravel) architecture

The application is a proprietary IT system solution of OHS services which includes determining the circumstances and causes of work accidents, examining work accidents, analyzing their costs and comprehensive documentation of occupational diseases in all branches of Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A.

OHS Services of PGG S.A. are equipped with a modern tool that takes into account how efficiently the work environment is organized (the side of the employer and the side of employees' representatives), fully implementing tasks resulting from the provisions of the Regulation of the Cabinet on determining the circumstances of accidents at work and the Regulation of the Minister of Health on the law of documenting occupational diseases. Additionaly to the functionalities resulting from legal provisions, the application uses an optional method of examining complex accidents at work, the so-called Event Tree Analysis. The results of research on accidents at work are available both for a single incident as well as for all incidents registered in the company, in the form of transparent reports, constituting an indispensable source of information for conducting periodic analyzes of the health and safety at work and formulating proposals for technical and organizational measures aimed at preventing threats to the life and health of workers and the improvement of working conditions. The applied solution also enables the ongoing exchange of information between all mines and plants of the Company in the scope of occurring accident hazards.
