The technology of nanoscale semiconductor materials is widely used in the fields of energy, environment and chemical industry. With the arrival of the tide of life science, the connection of this kind of materials and organisms is becoming more and more closely. The electrons and holes produced by nanomaterials conditions will inevitably lead to a series of stress reactions in living bodies. In this paper, we used Saccharomyces cerevisiae as the research object to explore the production of protein expression in the yeast, which was effected by (Bi2O3)0.03(CoO)0.07(ZnO)0.90. After extracting the whole protein of the yeast in the experimental group and the control group, we separated the protein by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), in the end, the proteins were identified by MALDI-QUAD-TOF MS, and analyzed the change of the proteome of the yeast before and after reaction. The study is expected to provide some help for the chemical treatment of fungal infections and other diseases.
