Abstract
报告利用机组现有能力,首先将现有设备进行优化调整,降低排烟温度;在优化调整的基础上,将热量返回至入炉空气和给水,最大幅度提高余热回收效率;在锅炉0米设置换热器,可最大幅度降低造价,预期收益好。
In this paper, the existing capacity of the unit is used to optimize and adjust the existing equipment to reduce the exhaust gas temperature. On the basis of the optimization and adjustment, the heat is returned to the air and water supply into the boiler to maximize the efficiency of waste heat recovery. The installation of heat exchanger in the 0 meter of the boiler can reduce the cost to the greatest extent, and the expected revenue is preferably.
