Abstract
Aiming at the single-phase open circuit fault of a six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), take the neutral point of two sets of windings connected and not
connected to the inverter as an example. Based on the principle of constant stator magnetomotive force, solve the residual phase current at the stator end and then establish the mathematical model of the remaining five-phase windings, and use the corresponding transformation matrix to construct a new rotating coordinate system for vector decoupling, and propose the vector of the six-phase motor under one-phase open circuit fault control strategy. In order to further improve the control effect after a phase failure, a deadbeat predictive current control strategy is proposed, which discretizes the mathematical model of the motor, and uses a current prediction controller to replace the traditional PI current regulator to achieve the deadbeat predictive current control of six - phase PMSM under phase failure. And based on Matlab/Simulink to complete simulation modeling and comparative analysis to verify the feasibility of the control strategy.
