Abstract
Pulsed field magnetometer (PFM) has the advantages of low cost, high magnetic field. However, in the process of the measurement, eddy current is induced in the sample, which affects the accuracy of the measurement. In order to solve the problem, a finite difference method and a complete mathematical process derivation are proposed. According to the principle that eddy current is proportional to the change rate of the net magnetic field with time, two pulses with the same magnitude and different pulse durations are applied to the sample for measurement. The magnetic field produced by eddy current is calculated and the result of the eddy current correction is obtained. The experimental result shows that the method is effective.
