Abstract
Based on Timoshenko beam model, a 14-equation vibration model is established for the complex liquid-filled pipeline, with the consideration of fluid-structure interaction and viscoelastic support. In this model, the effects of pipe wall thickness, fluid pulsation pressure and velocity are included, and the generalized Kelvin-Voigt model is introduced to describe the viscoelastic behavior between pipe wall and support. The transfer matrix method is adopted to solve the fluid structure coupling model of liquid-filled pipeline in frequency domain. The properties of viscoelastic support and the pipeline structure are investigated to reveal their influences on the pipeline vibration characteristics, and thus for the optimation of the pipeline vibration. In the end, the established model is verified with the experiment.
