Secondary Metabolites of the mangrove endophytic fungus

Abstract: Objective To study the secondary metabolites of the mangrove endophytic fungus,  Talaromyces sp.10#．Method The structures of these compounds were established by spectroscopic analysis and comparison with related reported data. The absolute configurations were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculation. Results three Cytochalasins, 20-Deoxycytochalasin F (1)、cytochalasin F (2)、cytochalasin B2 (3)were obtained and elucidated from the fungus．
