Acute ischemic stroke is a major clinical stroke type with high mortality and disability rates, mainly because cerebral revascularization leads to reperfusion injury (IR) of the vessel. Clinical pre-bed studies have shown that reperfusion injury (IR) is a complex pathological process involving multiple events that ultimately lead to neuronal damage. There is no very effective method to treat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (IR). The rapid development of marine polysaccharides in recent years has a variety of efficacy to effectively treat various diseases, including rockweed polysaccharide, which has a variety of biological activities such as antioxidant, anticoagulant, and antiviral, and studies have shown that treatment with rockweed polysaccharides can significantly reduce the area of accelerated ischemic injury brain infarction caused by lipopolysaccharide ( LPS) treatment and play a neuroprotective role. Based on this we constructed nanovesicles of ROS-responsive rockweed polysaccharides encapsulated by ginsenoside lipid membranes to protect damaged neurons and repair injured brain tissue. By loading edaravone synergistically with rockrose and ginsenoside to interfere with the anti-stress signaling pathway to enhance neuronal survival. In addition, we modified the lipid membrane with the enlightenment drug muscarinone (Mus), which down-regulates zebrafish Claudins gene expression and promotes BBB opening, and can bring the drug into the brain tissue for effective therapeutic effects.
