Indole Diterpenoids in Reconstitution Strain of Sesterterpenoid Cyclase

Four new indole diterpenoids derivatives (1–4), together with six known analogues (5–10) isolated from reconstitution strain of sesterterpenoid cyclase in potato dextrose broth (PDB) medium. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of 1D and 2D NMR, HR-MS, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and ECD spectra. In the bioactivity assays, compounds above displayed moderate α-glucosidase inhibitory activity with IC₅₀ values in the range of 33.91–60.14 μM.
