Abstract
提出了一种基于Al-Sn-Al键合的集成式硅PIN探测器。薄探测器结构和厚探测器结构之间的中间导电层由金属结合层组成，可以减少信号串扰。此外，新的集成工艺使得薄和厚探测器结构形成（KGD）键合成为可能，这增加了制造工艺的灵活性和可靠性。此外，采用硅集成工艺，降低了成本，提高了可靠性。
