This study uses the adsorption and ion exchange effects of zeolite to recover nutrients from the Tail Liquid of Photosynthetic Biological Hydrogen Production. The effects of zeolite dosage, shaking time, environmental temperature and pH on the adsorption and desorption of nutrients by zeolite were investigated. The result shows that the adsorption rate of NH4+ and K+ for 130 g/L and 150 g/L zeolite are the highest, 78.63% and 52.79%, respectively, and the adsorption capacity are 0.60 mg/g and 3.17 mg/g; with the addition of zeolite with the increase of zeolite addition, the desorption rate of K+ gradually increased, while the desorption rate of NH4+ gradually decreased. When the shaking time are 4 h and 6 h, the adsorption rate of NH4+ and K+ are the highest, 78.81% and 65.64%, respectively, and the adsorption capacity are 0.61 mg/g and 3.96 mg/g, respectively; when the shaking time is 10 h, NH4+ and K+ The desorption rate tends to be stable. When the ambient temperature are 35℃ and 45℃, the adsorption rates of NH4+ and K+ are the highest, 79.79% and 64.13%, respectively, and the adsorption capacities are 0.61 mg/g and 3.87 mg/g, respectively. The desorption rate of NH4+ gradually increases with the temperature. Increase, and the desorption of K+ first increases and then decreases. As the pH value of the solution increases, the adsorption effect of zeolite first increases and then decreases, and the maximum adsorption efficiency is reached when pH=7. The pH change of the desorption solution has no obvious influence on the desorption effect.
