The traditional cogeneration unit is constrained by "determining power by heat", which has the problems of low operation efficiency and abandoning wind power. Therefore, the hydrogen heat device is introduced into the thermoelectric unit to realize the decoupling between the electric and thermal energy of the unit. Based on the analysis of its operation characteristics, the optimal dispatching model of power system containing hydrogen heat and wind power is established with the economic optimization as the objective function and verified by an example. The example shows that the hydrogen heating device can effectively improve the electrothermal characteristics of the unit in the low power load period, improve the peak shaving capacity of the multi-energy system, and expand the wind power grid space due to the unit operation constraint of "determining power by heat", which is of great significance to improve the stable and economic operation of the whole power system.
