 In order to accurately and efficiently master the operation situation of the distribution network, find the weaknesses and develop a targeted and feasible precise operation and maintenance strategies, the analysis of the operation situation of the distribution network and intelligent operation and maintenance decision making framework are proposed. Based on the existing distribution network operation management system, integrated distribution network equipment stand books of statistical data, such as operation, fault, through the operation of equipment, lines and other unites at various levels in transverse, longitudinal statistical analysis, intuitive display units of the current weaknesses, presented distribution network and the health degree clearly.
