Experimental and theoretical researches of disruption mitigation were conducted in J-TEXT to explore the dynamic mechanism and mitigation method of disruptions. Among this researches, minor/major disruption was studied by numerical simulations. For the sake of comprehending effects of plasma current density profile on minor disruption profoundly, simulations of supersonic molecular beam injection(SMBI) of argon gas into J-TEXT plasma with different distributions of plasma current density profile are performed with the 3D magnetohydrodynamic(MHD) code called NIMROD. In this paper, different distributions of current density profile are realized by changing the safety factor to change the current density gradients. The result indicates that the distribution of current density profile can affect MHD behaviors, which have a significant impact in minor disruption
