The resonant model of the inductively coupled power transmission (ICPT) system is analyzed. In the case of the series compensation model on the secondary side, the configuration conditions of the constant output current model compensation network on the primary side are derived, which can be applied to all compensation modes. System efficiency is optimized by blocks. Moreover, the output power level is evaluated based on the maximum power output of the power supply and the reflection coefficient of the power input port. Finally, the adaptive step P&O algorithm (ASP&O) is introduced to realize that when the load changes, the system can be restored to the maximum power output state by adjusting the duty cycle of the DC/DC converter under resonance without establishing signal feedback from the primary side.
