The integration of distributed generators (DGs) has transformed the traditional distribution network (DN) into a new type of active DN. With the high penetration of DGs, the DN might send power back to the external power grid (EPG), and the coupling between DN and EPG is enhanced. Nevertheless, most of the existing DN reconfiguration strategies ignore the impact of EGP operation on DN, especially the root voltage of DN. For this reason, in the proposed strategy, the impact of EPG is considered, and distributed-manner-based analysis target cascading (ATC) is utilized to coordinate the boundary node information between DN and EPG. Based on the constructed integrated problem of nonlinear programming (NLP) and mixed-integer quadratic programming (MIQP), the optimal DN reconfiguration plan is obtained with minimizing power loss as an optimization objective. The proposed strategy is verified by the test system combining IEEE-9 and IEEE-33. The simulation results indicate that the proposed reconfiguration strategy can fully consider the interactions between EPG and DN and effectively control the system-wide voltage within the allowed range through the suitable approach of network reconfiguration.
