In several industrial applications, MLIs (Multilevel Inverters) have become a phenomenon in the AC or DC inverters field & one of the significant needs. Because of the various advantages that these topologies offered over conventional inverters, MLIs have spread to the academic field, replaced the conventional inverter. Operate through various output voltage waveform (OVW) phases, helping to decrease harmonics and supplying fine, clear wave types, and reducing voltage stress on the switching devices, ensuring better reliability & long lifetime. (2) Multilevel Inverters have become standard in AC or DC inverters & low rating for switching equipment has the main role in reducing system cost. (3) In the region of DC or AC inverters, MLIs have become trendy, and one of the MLI can be used both at lower & higher switching frequencies that decrease power loss & improve the total efficiency. The researchers' main problem in the multi-level inverter field is a design of topology that uses most components to ensure low cost & high performance
