"Low voltage" has always been a problem in the distribution network, and solving the problem is an important measure to improve the quality of power supply. How to scientifically define and evaluate the problem, efficiently analysis based on massive data, and discover problems or hidden dangers, is of great significance to the precise control of low voltage in the station area. This paper proposes a diagnosis method based on big data for the analysis of low voltage causes, which only needs the three-phase voltage and current of the low voltage side of the outlet and the voltage data of the 10kV line busbar of the station area, can quickly realize the cause of the low voltage at the outlet side. Through the pilot application of the pratical case, the method has good feedback and high accuracy, and can provide a good basis for the subsequent low-voltage management.
