Heavy ion microporous membrane (also known as heavy ion microporous membrane) is a new type of mesh filter membrane. The main production process includes heavy ion irradiation and chemical etching. Its filtration characteristics depend on the membrane thickness, pore size, Pore density, pore size dispersion, pore shape and inner wall smoothness, etc. This article mainly researches and designs the etching control process of heavy ion microporous membrane, which mainly includes the basic structure of the etching line, each etching process and equipment, the architecture of control system by designed and a complete control of HMI.
