Variable speed wind turbine generators (VSWTGs) are more and more widely used in power systems, especially microgrids. VSWTGs in microgrids will introduce fluctuating power and reduce system inertia. Therefore, VSWTGs are urgently needed to participate in microgrid frequency regulation. Considering the uncertainty in microgrid and that the frequent frequency adjustment actions of VSWTGs will cause mechanical fatigue and exacerbate the aging of the fan, a coordinated frequency regulation control method of VSWTGs and electric vehicles (EVs) based on  robust control is proposed. Modeling electric vehicles in the form of energy aggregators, based on deloading control of VSWTGs, microgrid dynamic frequency response models is established. Modeling the system uncertainty,  robust controller is designed via linear matrix inequality (LMI) method. The superiority of the proposed control method is verified by time-domain simulation results.
