Abstract
In the actual production of power grid dispatching and operation, it is necessary to clarify the initial state of power equipment to prevent serious misoperation. Currently, the status of the equipment is checked by the station directly contacted with D5000 collection or dispatch phone, which brings a certain degree of inaccuracy. The article elaborated on the state library of power grid equipment based on finite state machine(FSM), which strictly abides by the state transition function and has strong logic. And it can be checked in real time with the D5000 measurement equipment library, which improves the redundancy for the measurement of equipment status and improves the safety level of Anhui power grid.
