Abstract
The amplitude of the external magnetic field and the ambient temperature are important factors to determine the magnetic properties of permanent magnets after magnetization. In this paper, the magnetic properties of NbFeB (N50) permanent magnets in 60-300K are measured by a physical property measurement system (PPMS) in the quasi-static magnetic field, and the minimum magnetic field required for saturation magnetization of NbFeB permanent magnet decreases gradually with the increase of temperature. In addition, the effect of eddy current on the magnetic field and temperature of permanent magnet during pulse magnetization are also studied by the comparison of pulse magnetization experiments.
